Below is the explanation of the GIZMON iCA which were printed on the book.

The unique camera style iPhone case iCA from Gizmon makes your iPhone look like a vintage Leica and add camera features.
A volume button works as a shutter to take a photo.
Enjoy with the viewfinder on top of the case just like a real camera.
The cases also have a screw mount for Gizmon’s accessory lenses, the cases don’t block access to the charging cable, headphone plug, microphone or speakers.
It is thought out well enough to make you smaile, rather than say “cheese.”
